Digital IT to lead the development and delivery of next-generation digital banking applications across Mobile, Web, and Backend platforms.\n\nThe role requires strong technical expertise in full-stack development, cloud platforms, microservices, DevSecOps, and mobile application engineering, along with the ability to lead engineering teams and drive application performance, scalability, and security.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead the design, development, and delivery of large-scale digital banking applications across mobile, web, and backend platforms.\n\n- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.\n\n- Lead development of mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.\n\n- Design and implement microservices and API-based architectures.\n\n- Drive cloud-native application development and deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment practices.\n\n- Manage and oversee mobile application release processes across iOS and Android.\n\n- Ensure application performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.\n\n- Drive application security governance and ensure adherence to enterprise security standards.\n\n- Provide technical leadership, conduct design and code reviews, and mentor engineering teams.\n\n- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver digital banking solutions.\n\nKey Skills:\n\n- Java & Spring Boot\n\n- React Native\n\n- Microservices & API Architecture\n\n- AWS / Azure / GCP\n\n- Docker & Kubernetes\n\n- DevSecOps & CI/CD\n\n- iOS & Android Mobile App Release Management\n\n- Application Performance & Security Governance\n\n- Strong understanding of scalable digital application architecture\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\n- 8 -
