You’ll serve as the connective tissue between the physical workplace, the client’s culture, and the people who bring it to life every day.\nAs one of the first roles of its kind for our brand, this position calls for someone who can blend creativity, operational excellence, and empathy - building a workplace experience our clients can trust and their teams will love.\nUnlike our multi-tenant spaces, this role requires a deep, singular focus on one organization’s unique needs, brand standards, and elevated expectations. You will be responsible for driving the momentum of the workplace, orchestrating every detail from the quality of the coffee to the success of large-scale events. You are the operational expert and concierge who ensures a flawless, inspiring environment where every day is a great day at work. Your core mission is to manage all logistics, elevate the client’s brand through impeccable service, and foster a professional environment where their team can thrive.\nTo achieve this mission you’ll need to be flexible and comfortable with ambiguity as we shape this new product line for Industrious, in partnership with the client.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPremier Experience & Concierge Service\nBe the face of hospitality and the first point of contact for all employees and guests.\n\nProvide Admin/Concierge services, including guest registration, new employee onboarding (access, keys, space familiarization), and managing mail/courier services.\n\nCoordinate \"surprise & delight\" moments and team-building activations.\n\nOperations & Facility Management\nManage all facility operations to ensure a flawless environment.\n\nOversee key vendors (e.g., maintenance, supplies, shredding).\n\nProactively manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of all essential office,\nconference room, and cafe supplies, ensuring budgets are met.\n\nEmployee Engagement & Programming\nExecute a detailed, daily Food & Beverage (F&B) program, including ordering all groceries, managing daily snack/drink offerings, and elevated weekly lunch services.\n\nPlan and execute weekly happy hours and 2-3 large-scale team events (e.g., social mixers, holiday parties) each month.\n\nCoordinate monthly employee engagement activations (e.g., volunteering, activity stations).\n\nAbout you:\n4+ years of operations, hospitality, or experience management in a premium environment (e.g., luxury hotel, high-end corporate office, upscale venue).\n\nDemonstrated history of vendor management, inventory control, and budget oversight.\n\nExceptional professional demeanor and polished communication skills -you are comfortable interacting with senior executives and delivering concierge-level service.\n\nComfortable with hands-on food service and presentation, including light preparation of items like snack trays, charcuterie boards, and daily grocery handling.\n\nProven ability to plan, organize, and execute large and small-scale events flawlessly.\n\nTechnologically savvy with proficiency in common workplace tools (e.g., Google Workspace, scheduling/booking platforms).\n\nMust be a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and can work independently without constant supervision.\n\nWhy You’re a Great Fit\nYou are driven by a need for operational perfection, and you understand that the smallest details make the biggest difference. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program.
