If you’re ready for a career where excitement, purpose, and impact collide-we want to meet you.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nIn this role, you’ll be an important part of delivering top-tier IndyCar broadcasts to viewers around the world. You’ll take ownership of key responsibilities, collaborate across departments, and bring energy and innovation to a fast-paced environment.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nCreate Camera Lists and Maps for each INDYCAR on FOX broadcast\nLayout TV compounds for each IndyCar venue.\nAct as a liaison between IndyCar and FOX Sports to ensure broadcast needs are met.\nResponsibility to secure quotes and order rental equipment or services from our vendors.\nSubmitting request for POs is a must prior to signing any rental agreements\nReceive and place heavy equipment at each race track.\nRequest broadcast credentials and parking permits for broadcast team.\nCreate catering orders with IMSP catering vendor\nAssist in day-to-day onsite broadcast operations at each venue\nAct as a liaison between INDYCAR and Fox Sports to ensure broadcast needs are met\nOther duties as assigned by Sr. Director, Broadcast Operations.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nWe’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring great effort every day and is committed to growing with us.\nRequired Experience & Skills:\n3-5 years’ experience in broadcast operations\nCurrent knowledge of live sports broadcasts\nExperience with heavy equipment (i.e. scissor lift, booms, forklifts)\nAbility to weather adversity with graciousness while attending to the longer-term goals.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nA proactive, flexible mindset and commitment to excellence\nPassion for creating memorable experiences\nCultural competence and the ability to thrive in a diverse environment\nAlignment with Penske Entertainment’s core values and standards\nEducation:\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in communication, broadcasting, or television production is preferred.\nLeadership:\nThis position provides on-site supervision of seasonal crew assigned IndyCar broadcasts and is responsible for planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing certain broadcast activities.\nFLEXIBILITY & TRAVEL\nThis position requires travel to all IndyCar sanctioned events and any other client needs as required, the position requires flexibility due to being an event driven business.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nExtended periods of standing or walking (as needed)\nComfort working indoors/outdoors and around event noise\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nFast-paced, collaborative office and event settings\nVarying outdoor environments and climates\nBENEFITS & PERKS\nWe take care of our team with a competitive benefits package that includes:\nMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance\n401(k) with 100% company match up to 5%\nPaid vacation, personal, and sick days + 12 paid holidays\nGenerous paid parental leave and tuition assistance\nOn-site fitness center and wellness programs\nDiscounts on meals, gear, and more\nEQUAL OPPORTUNITY\nPenske Entertainment is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
