If you’re ready for a career where excitement, purpose, and impact collide-we want to meet you.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nThe Sr. Specialist, Accounts Payable, is responsible for the day-to-day purchase-to-pay processes for Penske Entertainment to maintain good relationships with vendors. They are responsible for setting up new vendors, processing payments to vendors, training users on AP software, setting up users in expense software, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.\nIn this role, you’ll be an important part of delivering top-tier experiences to fans, partners, and teams across the motorsports world. You’ll take ownership of key responsibilities, collaborate across departments, and bring energy and innovation to a fast-paced environment.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nSet up new vendors in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics GP) and verify changes to existing vendors\nSet up and manage users in expense software (Concur)\nTrain employees on AP purchase-to-pay software (Yooz)\nProcess payments to vendors via check, ACH or wire transfer. Upload Safepay files to bank website and monitor for exceptions.
