security awareness and training initiatives.\n\n Collaborate with IT teams to improve security configurations and controls.\n\n Stay informed about emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices.\n\nRequired qualifications\n Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technologies, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n 3+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT security roles.\n\nTechnical Skills\n\n Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and security frameworks.\n\n Experience with SIEM platforms and security monitoring.\n\n Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR).\n\n Familiarity with vulnerability assessment and vulnerability management processes.\n\n Understanding of network security concepts, including Firewalls, WAF, VPN, IDS/IPS.\n\n Experience with Windows and Linux security administration.\n\n Knowledge of authentication technologies, Active Directory, and identity management concepts.\n\n Familiarity with cloud security concepts (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365).\n\n Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) are desirable.\n\n Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and banking security requirements is an advantage.\n\n Ability to perform security investigations and root cause analysis.\n\nSoft Skills\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n Attention to detail and ability to identify security risks.\n\n Good communication and teamwork skills.\n\n Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\n\n Willingness to continuously learn and develop cybersecurity expertise.\n\n Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different
