We’d love for you to join us and experience the most positive, challenging and transformative experience of your career.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nINETCO is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to own the engine that powers our marketing pipeline - our marketing operations stack (Hubspot and its integration with Salesforce) and the campaigns that bring our fraud-first story to life. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role based in Vancouver (hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office) reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, built for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership early, and grow their career in marketing.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOwn and maintain Hubspot as our marketing automation platform - workflows, forms, lists, lead scoring, and email sends\nManage the integration between Hubspot and Salesforce, keeping lead routing, field mapping, and data clean and accurate\nProduce campaign content - emails, nurture sequences, landing page copy, and social posts\nExecute integrated campaigns end-to-end, from brief to launch to reporting and analysis\nAnalyze campaign performance and translate results into clear takeaways and recommendations\nBuild and manage lead nurture workflows and monitor the MQL → SQL handoff with Sales\nPartner with Sales, Product, and the Chief Growth Officer on campaigns, sales enablement, and ad hoc growth projects\nProactively flag what's not working and recommend better tools, processes, or content\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nWe care more about hunger, curiosity, and ownership than years of experience. The ideal candidate is:\nAn entrepreneurial self-starter - comfortable figuring things out with minimal hand-holding\nHungry to learn and grow into a bigger marketing role over time\nA strong, clear writer who can produce clean, on-brand campaign copy\nDetail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines at once\nCurious about marketing technology, automation, and what makes campaigns perform\nCollaborative - comfortable working closely with Sales, Communications and Product teams\nCOMPETENCIES\nExposure to B2B tech, payments, banking, or cybersecurity\nWorking knowledge of Hubspot, or demonstrated ability to learn marketing automation platforms fast\nUnderstanding of Salesforce and CRM/marketing data hygiene\nStrong, clean writing - able to produce on-brand campaign copy independently\nBasic understanding of the digital marketing funnel (MQL/SQL, nurture, attribution)\nDetail-oriented and comfortable running multiple campaigns and tasks at once\nAnalytical enough to read campaign and funnel reports, draw out insights, and act on them\nFamiliarity with Apollo and interest in building marketing AI agents\nINETCO values diversity.
