service improvement in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide technical and functional support for business-critical applications.\nManage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes following ITIL best practices.\nMonitor application and infrastructure health, ensuring high availability and performance.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.\nSupport application releases, deployments, migrations, and environment management activities.\nCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.\nMaintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge repositories.\nParticipate in on-call support activities when required.\n 6+ years of experience in Application Production Support, Application Management, IT Operations, or a similar role.\nStrong understanding of production environments and mission-critical application support.\nExperience managing application releases, production incidents, monitoring, and operational processes.\nProven expertise in ITOps, infrastructure operations, and production support best practices.\nExperience
