Come be part of Inetum!\n We are looking for a Application Support Engineer to join an international team responsible for ensuring the stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of critical production environments. This role is ideal for a proactive and autonomous professional with strong analytical skills and proven experience in application operations, infrastructure management, and production support.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and availability of critical applications and production platforms.\nManage and oversee batch processing workflows using Control-M.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while ensuring SLA compliance.\nMonitor and support secure file transfer activities using CFT / Connect:Direct (Connect Express).\nParticipate in Disaster Recovery activities, maintenance operations, and planned interventions.\nCollaborate with development, support, and infrastructure teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nMaintain operational documentation, CMDB records, and technical procedures.\nPromote and support best practices in automation, observability, security, and DevOps.\n 2 to 5 years of experience in application support, operational support, or similar roles.\nSolid experience working with Linux and Windows environments, including system administration, command-line operations, and scripting.\nHands-on experience with Control-M for workload automation and process scheduling.\nExperience with CFT / Connect Express or other secure managed file transfer solutions.\nKnowledge of application servers such as Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server.\nExperience working in public cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP).\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and observability platforms such as Dynatrace is highly valued.\nExperience with automation and infrastructure scripting tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Bash.\nKnowledge of ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.\nUnderstanding of ITIL best practices and Agile ways of working.\nProfessional proficiency in English (B1 minimum) and basic knowledge of French (A1).\nPersonal Skills:\nStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.\nProactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive solutions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams.\nExcellent problem-solving capabilities in complex and business-critical environments.\nCapacity to remain
