issue resolution with development, infrastructure, and external teams.\nExecute deployments, upgrades, patches, and change activities.\nSupport monitoring and observability initiatives using tools such as Dynatrace.\nMaintain technical documentation and contribute to service improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in on-call support activities for critical systems when required.\n Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments.\nExperience with Red Hat JBoss EAP and Java troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of heap dump and thread dump analysis and performance optimization.\nExperience with OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.\nExperience with API Gateway solutions such as Axway and/or Apigee.\nKnowledge of RHEL Linux.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools, including Dynatrace.\nExperience with CI/CD tools including GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and Nexus Sonatype.\nExperience with Ansible and/or Terraform.\nKnowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.\nProfessional proficiency in Portuguese and English.\nAdditional Valued Experience\nExposure to Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.\nExperience working within ITIL-based support
