This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong operational expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure the smooth operation, reliability, and availability of Azure-hosted applications.\nIntegrate and onboard new applications into the Azure environment.\nProvide N2/N3 support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.\nMonitor application health and performance using observability and monitoring tools.\nManage releases, patching activities, and maintenance operations.\nContribute to the scalability, resilience, and performance optimization of cloud services.\nSupport automation initiatives through CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code practices.\nParticipate in SLA/SLO monitoring, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Proven experience operating and supporting applications in Microsoft Azure environments.\nStrong knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault.\nExperience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or SolarWinds.\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD practices.\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.\nExperience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.\nFamiliarity with DevOps/GitOps practices and deployment pipelines.\nStrong experience in incident management, production support, and advanced troubleshooting.\nProfessional proficiency in English;
