The main focus is on banking knowledge, understanding business processes and products, and the ability to analyze and translate business needs into appropriate solutions.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyze and document business requirements for banking projects;\nUnderstand and analyze banking processes and operational flows;\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define appropriate solutions;\nContribute to the optimization and implementation of banking processes and products;\nAnalyze requirements related to Retail Banking products and services;\nCreate business models and recommendations to improve performance;\nProvide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making;\nEnsure that proposed solutions are aligned with banking regulations and internal standards;\nWork autonomously and collaborate with management and Project Managers.\n Relevant experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector;\nStrong knowledge of Retail Banking, particularly:Loans;\nDeposits;\nGarnishments;\nPayments;\n\nGood understanding of banking operations and back-office and middle-office processes;\nGood knowledge of banking products and related services;\nUnderstanding of payment systems and processes;\nKnowledge of banking regulations;\nAbility to analyze business requirements and propose suitable solutions;\nSQL knowledge for data querying
