service levels;\nSupport the implementation of cloud architecture standards and best practices;\nMonitor Azure environments and proactively address reliability, availability, and performance issues;\nContribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort and improve efficiency;\nSupport capacity management and resource optimization activities;\nMaintain operational documentation, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles;\nCollaborate with infrastructure, network, security, database, and application teams to ensure service continuity.\n Microsoft Azure technologies, including Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Platform Services;\nInfrastructure Administration: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and related services;\nPatching, server
