The Data Scientist is able to understand the business needs and find the adapted data science approach to propose an appropriate solution.\nMain responsibilities:\nAnalyze and explore data\nProduce and optimize data analytics models/tools;\nTogether with the development team you will ensure high-level of scalability for our engines and ensure code optimization (RAM, cores, any IT resource) to have light engines;\nRun python-based analytical engines on a regular basis (monthly, weekly, daily) to serve countries and automate these run phases;\nEnsure that the code of their models is well documented, ready for production and can easily be maintained;\nEnsure interpretability of the models they develop,\nIdentify potential bias and analyze model performance with regards to the business needs.\nMentor Junior members;\n Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related experience of at least 3 years\nStrong programming and scripting skills (Python), academic knowledge about machine learning, statistical analysis (AB testing, significance tests, among others) and quantitative analysis skills\nKnowledge of development pipelines (git, CI/CD) and agile tools (Jira), databases (relational and graph -
