The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, availability and performance while collaborating with development and operational teams supporting business-critical applications.\nMain Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement and maintain database solutions supporting business applications.\nMonitor and support critical business processes.\nDevelop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and database triggers.\nImplement and maintain backup solutions in line with defined strategies.\nInvestigate and resolve database-related incidents affecting performance or availability.\nParticipate in post-incident reviews for major or recurring database issues.\nCollaborate with development teams to improve business process outcomes.\nMonitor database performance and identify optimization opportunities.\nSupport automation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide technical guidance and operational support to internal teams.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nExperience with Microsoft BI technologies including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.\nExperience with ETL development, optimization and monitoring.\nStrong SQL development and database optimization skills.\nExperience with SQL performance tuning, partitioning and indexing.\nRoot cause analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.\nExperience with Power BI.\nExperience with Master Data Services.\nExperience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, ELK or Zabbix.\nKnowledge of ITIL practices.\nStrong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nPortuguese proficiency at professional
