development (Java 8+).\n3+ years of experience with Spring Boot, message brokers (Kafka, MQSeries/IBM MQ, ActiveMQ), REST APIs, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).\nProven track record of driving the end-to-end SDLC, from initial requirements gathering and system design to automated deployment and production monitoring.\nExperience making high-stakes decisions on tech stacks and managing technical debt across the software lifecycle.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience
