Be Inetum.\n We are looking for a DevOps Platform Engineer to join a Digital Infrastructure team responsible for building and evolving a modern, automated development platform. We are seeking a highly autonomous professional with strong experience in DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code, capable of delivering scalable solutions that enhance the developer experience and accelerate software delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain automated SDLC workflows to support development teams.\nIntegrate, evolve, and optimize a platform ecosystem built around Backstage, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, Nexus, and Sonar.\nDevelop reusable templates, CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and infrastructure modules.\nDrive platform industrialization through the definition of standards, best practices, and technical documentation.\nCollaborate with Architecture, Security, Operations, and Development teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of the platform by promoting automation, operational efficiency, and an enhanced user experience.\nSupport the onboarding of application teams and gather feedback to drive platform adoption and future enhancements.\n Your Profile:\nProven professional experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.\nProven experience with GitLab CI/CD, software delivery automation, and repository management.\nStrong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management using Ansible.\nExperience working with platforms and tools such as Backstage, Nexus, and Sonar.\nSolid understanding of DevOps, Platform Engineering, and software delivery lifecycle automation.\nExperience designing and maintaining pipelines, reusable frameworks, templates, and automated workflows.\nKnowledge of DevSecOps, Secure SDLC practices, enterprise platform operations, and AI-assisted software development is highly valued.\nPrevious experience in regulated environments or within the financial services sector is considered a plus.\nFluent English is mandatory.\nFluency in French is a plus.\nSoft Skills:\nHigh level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.\nProactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.\nAdaptability and comfort working in Agile environments.\nStrong commitment to
