We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who is passionate about bridging business needs and technology, helping deliver a modern CIAM platform with SSO and comprehensive identity management capabilities.\nWorking in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build innovative digital solutions that create real business value.\nTransform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;\nAnalyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;\nAssess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations;\nCreate User stories and work closely with the development/ testing team members, to implement system requirements;\nParticipate in the solution design, support development and testing;\nMaintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;\nWe provide technical and analysis support to BSA colleagues from other teams who collaborate closely with the Middleware team;\nStay updated on middleware technologies and best practices\nWe will appreciate if you:\nHave a structured, analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas; \nKnowledge of core banking system, integration, loan application, treasury, etc. helps; \nAPI’ s Interface knowledge; previous experience in designing interfaces; \nAt least medium knowledge of drafting UML diagrams;
