Driven by its purpose, Inetum champions a vision of technology that is useful and well-managed, capable of unlocking the full potential of organizations and society: “Let’s make tech right.”\nIn 2025, the group generated revenue of 2.2 billion euros.\nMore information at: www.inetum.com\n Mission\nWe are looking for an IT Enterprise Architect to join the Architecture team and support the organization's digital transformation.\nYou will work closely with agile teams, business stakeholders and IT experts to define and evolve the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment between business needs, IT strategy and architecture standards.\nThe role combines working with existing legacy environments with identifying innovative solutions and technologies to modernize and improve the IT landscape.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and maintain the architecture strategy and roadmap, aligned with business priorities and needs.\nContribute to the definition and maintenance of the IS strategic plan.\nBuild and maintain architecture frameworks, guidelines, standards and principles.\nDefine and maintain reference architectures.\nReview and challenge project initiatives and solution designs from an architecture perspective.\nParticipate in architecture governance, project assessments and architecture validation.\nPerform impact analysis related to new business requirements and architecture evolutions.\nWork closely with project teams and technical experts to ensure solutions comply with architecture standards and business requirements.\nProvide architecture recommendations regarding availability, performance and other technical requirements.\nMonitor emerging technologies and contribute to technology watch and strategic studies.\nPromote architecture standards, principles and best practices across expert communities.\nFacilitate knowledge sharing within the Architecture team and contribute to maintaining architecture documentation.\n Minimum 5 years of relevant multidisciplinary IT experience, such as development, analysis or related technical areas.\n4-5 years of experience with Architecture responsibilities, preferably within large and complex organizations with high-volume/high-transaction environments.\nProven experience in designing IT architectures and architecture frameworks.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms.\nExperience with ArchiMate.\nUnderstanding of data structures, solution architecture and system requirements throughout the full lifecycle.\nExperience working in environments using mainframes;
