Responsibilities:\nManage and oversee IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines.\nCoordinate technical teams and multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nDefine, monitor, and report project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans when necessary.\nSupport decision-making through KPI analysis and project status reporting.\nEnsure alignment between business objectives and implemented technology solutions.\nParticipate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives related to servers, networks, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and other infrastructure components.\nPromote project management best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.\n Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Project Management, preferably within IT Infrastructure projects.\nDegree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or relevant professional experience in IT Infrastructure environments.\nAbility to understand infrastructure concepts and architectures, facilitating communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.\nSolid technical knowledge of infrastructure environments, including networks, systems, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.\nExperience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.\nAbility to work closely with technical teams and understand technology requirements and challenges.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.\nSoft Skills:\nDynamic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nEmpathy and the ability to build effective relationships with different stakeholders.\nResilience and adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments.\nTeam player with a high level of autonomy and accountability.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.\n Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 2 times per week in the office).\n
