You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficient execution.\nYou will play a key role in fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (business analysis, development, and operations), helping create an environment where everyone can contribute and succeed.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nDefine and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.\nEnsure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.\nMonitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and implementing appropriate solutions.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPromote open, transparent, and inclusive communication across all stakeholders.\nFacilitate alignment between business needs and technical delivery teams.\nOrganize and lead project meetings, ensuring all voices are heard and considered.\nGovernance & Reporting\nPrepare clear and structured reporting on project status, risks, and milestones.\nProvide visibility to stakeholders and support decision-making processes.\nEnsure proper documentation and adherence to project governance practices.\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and practices.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and collaboration.\nShare learnings and best practices across teams.\n What You Bring\nExperience managing IT projects in complex and dynamic environments.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).\nAbility to structure problems, analyze situations, and support effective decision-making.\nExperience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.\nFamiliarity with project management tools and platforms (e.g. ServiceNow or similar).\nQualifications and Key Skills\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nProject Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is valued but not mandatory.\nApproximately 5+ years of experience in IT project management (we also welcome candidates with different trajectories who demonstrate relevant skills).\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to build inclusive working relationships.\nOrganizational skills and attention to detail.\nProblem-solving and analytical thinking.\nProactive approach
