consistency, and governance across multiple systems, reducing reporting discrepancies and supporting both regulatory and business requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, secure, and scale robust backend architectures.\nDevelop and maintain applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.\nImplement and enhance data exposure solutions through APIs and microservices.\nEnsure software quality through automated testing and engineering best practices.\nDrive solution industrialization by adopting CI/CD methodologies and DevOps principles.\nParticipate in solution validation phases alongside business users and stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.\nContribute to system performance, reliability, maintainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Must-Have Skills\nStrong expertise in Java development and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).\nAdvanced SQL knowledge, preferably with PostgreSQL.\nSolid understanding of software engineering best practices:CI/CD\nMicroservices Architecture\nUnit & Integration Testing\nVersion Control (Git)\nClean Code principles\n\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker.\nExposure to cloud environments (AWS, IBM Cloud, or similar).\nExperience working within Agile development methodologies.\nProficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ALM.\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience in Reference Data Management, Data Governance, or Master Data Management (MDM).\nKnowledge of Financial Services or Banking environments.\nExperience operating in hybrid roles that combine technical, functional, and leadership responsibilities.\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience in backend software development within enterprise environments.\nAbility to take ownership of technical solutions from design through implementation and production deployment.\nComfortable working across multiple domains
