This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership and mentoring capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide technical leadership to the squad, ensuring the adoption and enforcement of development best practices.\nEnsure the technical design and quality of User Stories, Features, and non-functional requirements.\nAlign squad developments with the target architecture and Design Authority guidelines.\nPromote code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManage and reduce technical debt through the definition and implementation of technical enablers and optimization actions.\nEnsure technical documentation is maintained and up to date according to established standards.\nSupport and mentor team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.\nEnsure proper integration of solutions within CI/CD pipelines and compliance with technical standards.\n Your Profile:\nProven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Technical Project Lead, with at least 4 years of experience in similar roles.\nStrong expertise in Java (8, 17, or 21), Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and REST API development. Experience with Angular, Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, Tomcat, and development tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and IntelliJ.
