Responsibilities:\nProvide Level 2 operational and application support for z/OS environments.\nMonitor and supervise batch processing activities, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.\nDefine, schedule, execute, and track jobs using TWS and Control-M.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to production workloads, batch processing, and file transfers.\nManage Mainframe resources, including datasets, GDGs, JES queues, catalogs, and disk space.\nSupport and monitor file transfer processes using CFT / Connect:Express.\nParticipate in production releases, change activities, and planned out-of-hours interventions when required.\nAct as a technical integrator, collaborating with development, application, production, and operations teams.\nEnsure adherence to DevOps best practices, including automation, observability, security, and operational quality.\nProduce and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and performance reporting.\n Your Profile:\nProven experience in Mainframe Operations and Support roles within z/OS environments.\nStrong knowledge of JCL, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, and z/OS monitoring activities.\nHands-on experience with workload scheduling and automation tools such as TWS (IBM Workload Scheduler) and/or Control-M.\nSolid understanding of CICS, DB2, IMS, and VSAM environments.\nExperience executing and analysing SQL queries in DB2/SPUFI, including incident diagnosis and troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of IBM MQ / MQ Series, including queue, channel, and messaging flow management.\nExperience with CFT / Connect:Express or similar managed file transfer solutions.\nFamiliarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace.\nUnderstanding of ITIL v4, Agile methodologies, and critical production environments.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nExcellent analytical thinking and organizational capabilities.\nAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively.\nStrong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.\nComfortable working in structured and business-critical environments.\nLanguages:\n English (B2 level minimum) is mandatory.\nFrench is a plus.\n Workplace type: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote).\n Location: Parque das Nações,
