business areas.\nSupport decision-making processes by providing business and portfolio insights.\nMonitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities across the portfolio.\nFacilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.\nDrive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance business processes.\nRequirements\nProven experience in a Business Partner, Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.\nExperience working with multiple business functions in a complex organizational environment.\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.\nBasic technical knowledge and understanding of IT concepts, enabling effective interaction with technical teams.\nNice to Have\nExperience in portfolio management, governance, or strategic planning.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.\nExperience working in large-scale or enterprise environments.\nAbility to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.\n Availability to travel within Portugal when required;\nAvailability for occasional international travel;\nExperience in multicultural and international environments is considered a
