In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT teams, helping to deliver digital products and portals that meet user needs and create real value. You will also monitor product performance and continuously suggest improvements based on feedback and data.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Requirements\nWork with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to understand and define business needs\nEnsure requirements are clearly translated into functional specifications with IT teams\nPrioritize features based on business value, user impact, and feedback\nProduct Management\nManage and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with IT teams\nSupport the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with requirements\nContribute to product roadmaps and regularly review priorities\nTrack product usage and performance to identify improvement opportunities\nGather and analyze user feedback to guide future enhancements\nStakeholder Collaboration\nAct as a key point of contact between business and IT teams\nPromote open communication and inclusive collaboration across teams\nProvide regular updates on product progress, releases, and risks\n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)\n3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with people from different backgrounds and levels\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\nFluent in English (written and spoken)\nCollaboration and respect for diverse perspectives\nStrong relationship-building and
