This role combines project leadership, service management, and expertise in the OutSystems ecosystem, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement of software solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met.\nCoordinate and support multidisciplinary teams working in Agile environments.\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments impacting team performance.\nManage stakeholders, priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.\nMonitor project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to OutSystems architectural best practices and standards.\nDefine roadmaps, capacity planning, resource allocation, and release management strategies.\nTrack and analyze KPIs and delivery metrics to support informed decision-making.\n Minimum 10 years of professional experience working with OutSystems.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, administration, and platform best practices.\nProven experience managing OutSystems environments, including configuration, sizing, upgrades, design, and troubleshooting.\nExperience with SDLC processes, deployment procedures, and release management.\nExperience managing production code releases and change approval processes.\nStrong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and issue resolution across multiple technologies.\nExperience supporting critical applications and platform upgrades.\nAbility to monitor and optimize OutSystems applications for performance, scalability, and security.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Internet, and Intranet environments.\nKnowledge of security technologies such as Firewalls and Load Balancers.\nExperience administering Windows and Linux environments.\nExperience with AWS (EC2) and/or Microsoft Azure.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft IIS.\nUnderstanding of HTTP protocols.\nKnowledge of PowerShell scripting.\nKnowledge of SQL.\nExperience with Splunk and Elastic.\nFamiliarity with GitHub.\nExcellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.\nOutSystems 11 Professional Platform Ops Engineer Certification.\nOutSystems 11 Professional DevOps Engineer Certification.\nLanguages\nFluent Portuguese.\nFluent English (mandatory).\nSpanish is a
