The successful candidate will not only resolve complex technical issues and implement infrastructure changes but also build trusted customer relationships, coordinate technical activities, and drive continuous service improvement.\nWorking closely with Service Delivery Managers, Coordinators, Project Teams, and Customers, this role ensures operational excellence, technical governance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide advanced 3rd line support for Azure and Microsoft infrastructure platforms. \nInvestigate and resolve complex incidents and problem tickets. \nPerform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions. \nLead technical implementation of changes, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects. \nSupport disaster recovery, backup, resiliency, and security initiatives. \nDrive automation and operational efficiency. \nAct as escalation point for 2nd line engineers. \nReview and validate technical procedures and operational documentation. \nCoach and mentor less experienced engineers. \nTechnical Customer Contact\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers. \nDevelop a deep understanding of customer environments, business priorities, and critical services. \nMaintain regular communication with customer stakeholders. \nParticipate in service reviews and technical governance meetings. \nLead technical discussions and provide expert advice during customer engagements. \nSupport Service Delivery Managers with operational and technical customer topics. \nBuild trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. \nProvide technical consultancy for new initiatives, projects, and service improvements \nOperations Coordination & Service Management\nMonitor operational performance for assigned customers. \nEnsure critical incidents receive appropriate attention and escalation. \nCoordinate technical activities required for RFCs, maintenance activities, and patching schedules. \nSupport incident management and post-incident reviews. \nAssist in service reporting and operational reviews. \nPerform regular reviews of ticket scope, service boundaries, and operational processes. \nWork closely with Service Delivery Managers, Coordinators, and Project Managers to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. \nDocumentation & Governance\nMaintain comprehensive technical documentation. \nCreate and update infrastructure diagrams, operational procedures, and customer-specific documentation. \nEnsure documentation quality and consistency. \nSupport transitions from project delivery to operational support. \nParticipate in documentation audits and annual reviews. \nContribute to CMDB accuracy and governance activities. \nEnsure knowledge is effectively shared across teams. \n Experience & Qualifications\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or cloud operations.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.\n\nExperience working in Managed Services or enterprise support environments.\n\nExperience leading complex technical incidents and change implementations.\n\nExperience interacting directly with customers and stakeholders.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nNice to have:\nMicrosoft Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500 or equivalent).\n\nITIL Foundation certification.\n\nExperience with enterprise ITSM platforms.\n\nExperience in customer governance and service review meetings.\n\nExperience coordinating
