The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining functional specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of data solutions.\nResponsibilities\nBusiness Analysis\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements.\nFacilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders.\nTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.\nAssess the impact of changes on existing processes and systems.\nDefine business rules, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.\nData & Databricks\nCollaborate with Data Engineers to design and develop data pipelines in Databricks.\nAnalyze data sources, mappings, and data transformations.\nParticipate in defining data models and information architecture.\nUnderstand and document ETL/ELT processes developed in Databricks.\nContribute to data quality rules and operational controls.\nEnsure end-to-end data traceability from source to reporting.\nTesting & Validation\nDefine test scenarios and acceptance criteria.\nParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nValidate implementation results together with stakeholders.\nInvestigate defects and perform root cause analysis.\n Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business System Analyst.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Data & Analytics projects.\nExperience working with Data Engineering teams.\nExperience in Agile environments.\nTechnical Skills\nHands-on Databricks experience.\nStrong SQL knowledge.\nUnderstanding of:\nData Lake\nData Warehouse\nETL / ELT\nDelta Lake\nData Governance\nData Quality\nExperience with:\nAzure Databricks\nAzure Data Factory (nice to have)\nPower BI / Qlik / Tableau (nice to have)\nJira and Confluence\nAnalytical Skills\nBusiness Process Modeling\nData
