deployment practices across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.\nEnsure adherence to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices and governance standards.\nDevelop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nManage and optimize DevOps platforms and toolchains.\nCollaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery processes.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and improve deployment pipelines and platform reliability.\nPromote DevOps culture, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance scalability, security, and operational efficiency through automation.\n Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles.\nDemonstrated experience implementing automation solutions and CI/CD best practices in enterprise environments.\nProven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.\nStrong knowledge of Git Flow branching strategies and source code management practices.\nHands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.\nSolid experience with Azure DevOps.\nStrong experience with Jenkins.\nExtensive experience in automation, particularly using Python.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience with cloud environments.\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies.\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools.\nExperience working within Agile environments.\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively.\nStrong ownership and results-oriented
