You will define architectural best practices, ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.\nThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, promoting good engineering practices, and enabling teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support development teams throughout the full application lifecycle using OutSystems\nDefine and validate architectural decisions, ensuring performance, maintainability, and security\nConduct code reviews and promote best practices across teams\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with business requirements\nContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and development standards\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship within the team\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field\n5+ years of experience delivering OutSystems projects (for Senior Developer roles)\n2+ years of experience in OutSystems technical leadership (for Tech Lead roles)\nOutSystems certifications:OutSystems Professional Web Developer\nOutSystems Architecture Specialist\nOutSystems Associate Tech Lead\n\nExperience with systems integration and sound knowledge of software engineering principles\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nA collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a diverse, inclusive, and international environment\n Lisbon or Porto -
