Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English is highly desirable. Exceptional SAP HCM professionals who do not fully meet the language requirements may still be considered based on their experience and overall fit for the role.\nWhether your expertise lies in SAP HCM Functional Analysis or in a combination of Functional Analysis and Technical Development, we would be interested in speaking with you.\nYou will contribute to the evolution, optimization and integration of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, working closely with business stakeholders, HR experts, functional analysts, architects and technical teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyse and optimise HR business processes and SAP HCM solutions.\nGather, challenge and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.\nParticipate in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation and transformation initiatives.\nConduct impact assessments and gap analyses.\nDefine data mappings and support integration activities.\nPrepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.\nSupport testing activities, including SIT, UAT and regression testing.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.\nContribute to solution design, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure the quality, reliability and maintainability of delivered solutions.\n Functional Profile\nStrong experience within SAP HCM.\nExpertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM).\nExperience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.\nStrong analytical and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with functional analysis, testing and business process design.\nTechnical Profile\nIn addition to functional expertise, experience in one or more of the following areas is considered a strong asset:\nABAP development.\nSAP HCM integrations and interfaces.\nSAP HCM Business Integration Builder (BIB).\nData migration and replication frameworks.\nTroubleshooting and support of complex SAP HR environments.\nTechnical design and development activities.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, Functional Analyst or Technical Consultant.\nStrong understanding of HR processes and SAP HCM solutions.\nExperience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.\nAbility to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nExperience in complex enterprise environments.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nProfessional proficiency in Dutch, French and English is a strong advantage.\nPersonal Skills\nAnalytical and solution-oriented.\nProactive and results-driven.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nTeam player with a collaborative mindset.\nStructured and detail-oriented.\nAble to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.\n What's on Offer?\nLong-term assignment with possible extensions.\nHybrid working model.\nDynamic and innovative project landscape.\nFreelance consulting engagement.\nInterested?\nAre you an experienced SAP HCM professional looking for your next challenge?
