2023.\n We are expanding our IT team and are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) to support the ongoing implementation and evolution of our ServiceNow platform.\nResponsabilities:\nStrong knowledge on ITSM modules;\nConfigure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules following ServiceNow best practices;\nParticipate in the implementation of Incident Management, Problem Management, and future applications in ServiceNow;\nGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions;\nEnsure platform configurations remain maintainable, upgrade-friendly, and aligned with ServiceNow standards;\nMaintain technical and functional documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and platform sustainability;\nSupport end users during the rollout of new functionalities and provide guidance on platform usage;\nCollaborate closely with ServiceNow Business Analyst to continuously improve IT service management processes;\nContribute to platform governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives;\nStay informed about new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend improvements that add value to the organization;\nCreate dashboards whenever needed.\n Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow ;\nExperience with development and deployment in ServiceNow;\nExperience in troubleshooting and problem-solving;\nKnowledge of ITSM Service Now;\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;\nEnglish level B2-C1;\nStrong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset;\nGood communication skills and team spirit.\nNice to Have:\nServiceNow CSA certification\nJavascript, REST APIs and IntegrationHub\nITIL
