The role focuses on SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 services, supporting operational stability, governance requirements, and ongoing platform evolution.\nMain Responsibilities\nProvide Level 3 support for SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 services.\nAdminister and maintain SharePoint On-Premises environments, including patching, upgrades, and health monitoring.\nTroubleshoot complex issues affecting platform performance, configuration, and availability.\nManage and support Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Forms.\nSupport security, compliance, governance, and access management requirements.\nResolve incidents and service requests according to agreed service levels.\nDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts for administration and automation.\nSupport SharePoint migration activities from On-Premises environments to SharePoint Online when required.\nCollaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and technical stakeholders to deliver stable solutions.\nProduce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.\n Minimum 7 years of experience supporting SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 solutions.\nExperience administering SharePoint On-Premises environments and SharePoint Online.\nPowerShell scripting experience.\nUnderstanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, networking concepts, and Microsoft Entra ID.\nUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, permissions, and governance concepts.\nFamiliarity with IT service management processes.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum environments.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nAdditional Valued Experience\nSharePoint migration experience and familiarity with SPMT or ShareGate.\nExperience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\nExperience developing solutions using SPFx, TypeScript, and React.\nExperience with Prometheus, SPDocKit, AdminDroid, or similar tools.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications.\nFrench language skills.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2822,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":7,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"French","level":"All levels","optional":false},{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Portugal","iso":"PT","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["IT Consulting & Digital Transformation","Managed IT Services (MSP)","Systems Integrators"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-05T14:19:37Z"}],"liveness":{"score":31,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.716,"p_room":0.44,"age_days":48,"expected_fill_days":40,"reasons":["conf:21","velocity","win:tail","crowd:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/inetum-sharepoint-microsoft-365-consultant","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/inetum-sharepoint-microsoft-365-consultant.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T21:44:31Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4355,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":645,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
