In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical applications while supporting a fast-paced production environment.\nYou will play a key role in incident management, service monitoring, release coordination, and operational support, working closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver a reliable and high-quality service. The position includes participation in a 24/7 support model, including shift rotations and on-call responsibilities, while also contributing to automation, continuous improvement, and disaster recovery initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide L1/L2 production support for Wealth Management applications and services.\nMonitor application health, performance, and availability using observability and monitoring tools.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to improve system stability.\nEnsure the successful execution of batch processes, data transfers, and application workflows.\nSupport application releases, deployments, and change management activities.\nParticipate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and business continuity exercises.\nDevelop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.\nAutomate operational tasks and deployment activities using infrastructure and configuration management tools.\nWork closely with development teams to support application changes and knowledge transfers.\nAnalyze application, middleware, and infrastructure logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.\nContribute to service quality, availability, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in shift rotations, on-call support, and weekend/public holiday coverage as required.\n Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.\nExperience supporting applications within banking, financial services, or other mission-critical environments.\nStrong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.\nHands-on experience with:Kubernetes (K8s)\nDocker\nAnsible\nDynatrace or similar monitoring platforms\nOracle PL/SQL\nJenkins or other CI/CD tools\nPython and/or Bash scripting\n\nExperience working with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or Google Cloud.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management practices.\nAbility to analyze system, middleware, and application logs to diagnose complex production issues.\nSolid knowledge of Incident, Change, and Release Management processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge is highly desirable.\nPreferred
