Its purpose is to ensure high-quality, consistent, and reliable data across various sources, reducing reporting discrepancies and enabling faster, more accurate business insights.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work in a data-driven environment, contributing to modern architecture, API development, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, secure, and scale backend architectures and services.\nDevelop and maintain applications using Java 21 and the Spring Framework ecosystem.\nImplement and enhance data exposure solutions through APIs and microservices.\nContribute to solution industrialization by applying CI/CD best practices.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and end users to understand requirements and validate solutions.\nEnsure software quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).\n1 to 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Data-focused Developer.\nStrong interest in working in hybrid technical and functional roles, interacting with both business and technology stakeholders.\nKnowledge of data governance, data management, or third-party data environments is considered a plus.\n Mandatory\nStrong proficiency in Java 21.\nSolid experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).\nAdvanced SQL skills, preferably with PostgreSQL.\nGood understanding of software engineering best practices:CI/CD\nMicroservices Architecture\nUnit Testing\nVersion Control (Git)\nCode Quality Standards\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, IBM Cloud, or similar).\nHands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.\nNice to Have\nExperience with referential data management or financial data environments.\nKnowledge of data ingestion and processing workflows.\nExposure to API management solutions.\nFamiliarity with event-driven architectures.\nMethodologies & Tools\nAgile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).\nJira, Confluence, ALM, or related collaboration tools.\nCI/CD platforms and DevOps practices.\nLanguage Requirements\n English: Professional/Fluent (mandatory).\nFrench: Basic knowledge is a plus.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to bridge business and technology discussions.\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nCollaborative and team-oriented attitude.\nAbility to understand business requirements and support change initiatives.\nProactive, innovative, and results-driven approach.\n Important Note\nTo ensure an efficient recruitment process, candidates should undergo a comprehensive technical assessment aligned with the required skills and experience listed above prior to presentation.
