The most important thing here is not your experience, but your curiosity and passion to learn and grow with us!\nHR ADVISOR\nInEvent is looking for an experienced HR Lead to provide support to InEventers with HR-related matters and create strategies to position InEvent as an employer of choice..\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nServe as advisory in all matters pertaining to employee relations and engagement;\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date HR/ personnel records and manage the HRIS;\nContribute to the continuous improvement of human resources processes, by analyzing various departmental needs, and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and processes.Contribute to the authoring and editing of InEvent policies and other admin functions;\n\nLiaise with the Marketing and Talent Acquisition Teams to redesign and manage our social media pages with visuals that represent our company;\nDeveloping and executing candidate-facing communication on social media and Job Recruitment sites by establishing social media and online recruiting campaigns;\nDesigning and implementing branding strategies to develop brand awareness;\nProvide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition sector of Human Resources in the areas of culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction;\nAssist in people management processes such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, terminations, and others.\nPRE-REQUISITES\n2+ years experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and branding;\nExperience with HRIS;\nAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion;\nCreative thinking and the ability to develop innovative employer brand initiatives.\nFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms;\nBe responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative;\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;\nResilient to learn continuously in a startup\nExceptional communicator, both written and verbal;\nMust speak English fluently \nMust have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows)\nMust have a mobile device (iOS or Android)\nSALARY AND PERKS:\nSalary: R$6500/month\nGlobal Health Insurance;\nPaid Time Off (PTO);\nBirthday Gift and Work Anniversary Gifts.\nCONTRACT: This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status (PJ).\nIf you think this position is for you, bring along your personal notebook (Mac or Windows) and a mobile device (iOS or Android) and come work with us!\n#Inspiration -
