The company in Åland, INFICON Aaland Ab, with approximately 120 employees, is the Group's competence centre for the development and manufacture of ceramic vacuum gauges.\n INFICON Aaland Ab is looking for a Process Developer to join our finance and accounting department. Please note that the workplace is in Mariehamn (Åland, Finland) and that the role requires good oral and written skills in both Swedish and English.\nThe position is a project employment planned to run for one year, with the possibility of extending the employment. We are looking for someone who wants to develop and streamline the processes related to cash flow.\nYour Role\nAs a process developer in our finance department, you will develop our internal processes in close cooperation with our teams in Mariehamn. You will also work with colleagues within the INFICON Group in Liechtenstein, Germany and the USA, to ensure that our ways of working are aligned with the Group's common processes.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and streamline the purchasing process, from order registration to receipt of invoice.\nDevelop and streamline the invoice handling process, from invoice receipt and approval to payment via bank.\nAutomate and streamline cash flow forecasting.\nTake part in the transition to a new version of our ERP system.\nA degree in finance or business administration\nExperience of similar processes\nProblem-solving skills and an eye for detail\nPractical and solution-oriented\nStructured and self-motivated, with the ability to drive and coordinate
