The operator ensures that production targets are met in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and adherence to all safety protocols.\nOperate Equipment: Run and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment according to operational standards and production schedules.\nQuality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.\nSafety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Identify potential hazards and participate in safety audits.\nMaintenance: Conduct basic machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments. Notify the maintenance team of any issues requiring repairs.\nDocumentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment performance, and material usage. This level begins in our introductory program, which includes an assessment period with the potential for increased compensation upon successful completion\n For Kansas, the expected salary for this position is $16/hr. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
