We also leverage our expertise in vacuum technology to provide unique, toxic chemical analysis products for emergency response, security, and environmental health and safety.\n We are seeking a Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects for a single technology-driven customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to drive successful business outcomes for our key customer.\nServe as the primary point of contact for the Strategic Account Manager and interact on a regular basis with our largest USA based SEMI OEM customer. Understand the needs, expectations, and business objectives of our strategic SEMI OEM customer. Maintain effective communication and manage customer relationships\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, for multiple projects. Ensure development and business improvement projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with customer projects and product delivery. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues\nWorking with the relevant stakeholders in the business ensure that all projects and products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements\nPrepare and present regular status reports to senior management and the customer. Maintain comprehensive customer project and reporting documentation\nConducting market analyses, processing customer feedback and monitoring technological developments and applications\nCollect market information and report to company periodically\nCommunicate with overseas Sales & Services team and work together with local members of the business unit team to provide professional solution to customer\n Master degree, majoring in Physics, Mechanical or Electronics related\nFluency in written and oral English\nExcellent relationship building and excellent communication skills customers\nHave related sales experience and vacuum knowledge\nBe able to travel in high frequency\nHave a smart mind to set up developing strategies for sales promotion\nAt least 5 years of SEMI/Vacuum or semi-fab related product sales experience \nA deep understanding of SEMI industry is preferred\nHighly motivated, creative, self-responsible and result oriented\nPositive attitude and excellent persuasion and decision-making skills\n INFICON offers a dynamic working environment that promotes diversity, equality and inclusion.
