Program and Delivery Management\nLead end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of customer-facing programs, product implementations and technical integrations.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI/Data and Customer Success to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.\nDefine program milestones, dependencies, deliverables, timelines and success metrics aligned with customer commitments and business objectives.\nMonitor program progress, identify delivery risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.\nFacilitate release planning, deployment coordination, change management and post-release follow-ups.\nEnsure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality standards and customer expectations.\n2.
