In this role, you\nwill develop technical concepts, connect them to business needs, and implement\nscalable architectures across a diverse technology stack. You will work closely\nwith Business Analysts to understand customer needs and with development teams\nto drive technical implementation. You will take end-to-end ownership of applied\nAI solutions, used by multiple R&D teams across semiconductor engineering.\nDegree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, ideally combined with experience in product development, semiconductor engineering, or a comparable industrial environment\n5+ years of professionalexperience in software, AI, data, analytics engineering, technical product ownership, or a related role, including at least 2 years in a hands-on technical position\n\nDemonstrated end-to-endownership of at least one enterprise AI-enabled solution, such as RAG,\nGenerative AI, or agentic workflow automation, from initial idea through MVP to\nproductive use\n\nHands-on experience with Pythonand SQL, plus practical knowledge of common LLM frameworks and tools, machine\nlearning, or data science\n\nSolid understanding to designscalable cloud-based architectures\n\nExperience in guidingAIsolutions through the full lifecycle from concept to implementation and operation\n\nGeneral familiarity with modern DevOps or DataOps practices\nExperience coordinating business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical delivery partners in across-functional environment\n\nStrong interest in applying AIsafely and responsibly to create measurable value for users and the business\n\nFluent English; German is aplus.\n\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
