Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Set up and
maintain laboratory bench characterization equipment to ensure the smooth and
efficient execution of characterization activities.
- Conduct
electrical characterization testing and provide accurate results, including
detailed electrical data analysis reports, to Development, Project, and
Application teams.
- Develop
automation tools for laboratory characterization to improve efficiency and
accuracy, while creating systematic documentation, handbooks, and guidelines.
- Communicate
regularly with key stakeholders across remote sites through weekly, bi-weekly,
and monthly meetings, providing timely and accurate project updates.
- Attend
bi-weekly staff meetings to ensure alignment with team objectives and project
milestones.
- Participate in
annual innovation projects with CV team members to develop innovative ideas and
solutions that benefit the broader R&D community.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's
degree in Electronics or a related field.
- More than 3
years of relevant working experience with in-depth knowledge of semiconductor
electronics.
- Strong
technical expertise with a keen interest in learning new skills and
technologies, particularly in MOSFET technologies.
- Strong
interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Good oral and
written presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical
information and project updates clearly to various stakeholders.
