Participate and present FA results in cross functional\nmeetings, projects, yield improvement, urgent and important meetings. \n\nFAequipment / tool ownership. \n\nInterface with designers, test, product, processintegration and unit process engineers, problem solving team, CQM (customer\nquality management) team to understand the analysis requirement.\n\nResponsiblefor achieving EFA KPIs. \n\nResponsible for Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) in case ofno physical defect found.\n\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nQualification: Degree / Master / Ph D in\nElectrical and Electronic Engineering\nTechnical Skills:\n1) Electrical failure\nverification and fault localization using I-V characterization, functional\ntesting, OBIRCH, TIVA, and SEI.\n2) Sample preparation for failure analysis,\nincluding wet/dry chemical processes, backside preparation, cross-sectioning,\nand package preparation.\n3) Defect imaging and characterization using Optical\nMicroscopy, SEM, and FIB (including Voltage Contrast techniques).\n4) Practical\nknowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, device physics, fabrication\ntechnologies, and testing methodologies.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
