Perform process engineering and\nproduction line sustaining for PVD process and tool\n2. Work as a team between\nManufacturing / Mnt / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and\nquality issues and reduce production line disruptions.\n3. Support tools\ninstallations as well as process ramp, technology transfers to meet company\ntargets, following standard process ramp; tool release business flow\n4. Perform\nFMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management\n5. Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control\n(APC),Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.\n6. Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process ramp;\noperation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan(OCAP)\n7. Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and\nquality improvement projects\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \n1. Job experience approximately 1-3 years\nof relevant experience in semiconductor industry.\n2. Bachelor or Master degree\nin an engineering discipline (Material Science, Mechanical, Chemical)\n3.\nPositive character and good communication in English and ability to interact\nwith all levels of employees\n4. Must able to work in shift pattern inside clean\nroom environment\n5.
