Are you in?\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nAct as the liaison between the Company a nd appointed Cafeteria Operators to ensure smooth cafeteria operations\nPlan, coordinate, and conductmonthly cafeteria audits andmeetings with the Cafeteria Committee and Operators\nPerform quarterly cafeteria performance reviews, monitor service quality, and conduct cafeteria satisfaction surveys\nEnsurecafeteria compliance with local authority and Ministry of Health requirements, and liaise with relevant government agencies on cafeteria-related matters\nDevelop, review, and update specifications, processes, and operational standards for catering services\nLead and implement continuous improvement i nitiatives for cafeteria processes and systems\nManage cafeteria operationa l and maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective expenditure\nCommunicate and provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issues, improvements, and operational changes\nManage user and stakeholder feedback and complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and providetimely reporting and recommendations to site management\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, Food Science, or any other related field\nRelevant experience in cafeteria, catering, food service, facilities, or vendor managemen t is an added advantage\nProven experience in vendor/contractor management and service performance monitoring\nStrong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage employees, vendors, and management teams\nExperience handling customer complaints, conducting investigations, and implementing improvement actions\nKnowledge of budget planning, cost control, and operational reporting\nExcellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills\nNote: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
