prepare images for web and internal use\nContent Drafting & Proofreading: Draft and proofread social posts, intranet articles, email copy, and simple press materials; adapt tone for different audiences\nDigital Asset Management: Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and communication workflows to ensure easy retrieval and consistent version control\nPerformance Tracking & Reporting: Help track campaign and content performance metrics; compile simple reports to inform future content decisions\nCollaboration & Team Support: Work with cross-functional teams to gather approvals, share assets, and maintain clear communication across projects\nAd-hoc Communications Projects: Take on other communications tasks and short-term projects as assigned to support team priorities\nInternship Learning Outcomes\nPractical Multimedia Experience: Hands-on experience producing multimedia content tailored for a corporate audience\nCampaign & Event Coordination: How to plan, coordinate, and execute communications campaigns and internal/external events\nEnd-to-End Video Workflow: Practical skills across concepting, shooting, editing, captioning, and distributing short-form video\nCorporate Writing & Storytelling: Best practices for concise, audience-appropriate corporate writing and storytelling\nAsset & Workflow Management: Techniques for managing digital asset libraries and optimizing team communication workflows.\nYour Profile\nYou are best equipped for the task if you are/have:Education & Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field\nOrganizational Strengths: Strong organizational and administrative skills; comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and multiple priorities\nMultimedia Skills: Experience creating basic video content and photography; familiarity with simple photo and video editing tools\nWriting Proficiency: Clear, concise writing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences\nSocial Media Savvy: Familiarity with social platforms and best practices for short-form content formats\n Collaboration Tools: Comfortable using collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Webex, SharePoint);
