your new role\nCompetency Framework SupportFramework Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating competency frameworks, skill taxonomies, and proficiency matrices for Backend functions.\nCompetency Documentation: Support the documentation of technical and behavioral competency standards, including helping to define evidence requirements for assessments.\n Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs for New Employee Training Programs (NETP) and structured learning pathways.\nIndustry Research: Conduct research on industry trends and emerging technologies to help keep competency frameworks current and relevant.\nTraining & Content Development Assistance Learning Solution Design: Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the design and development of technical learning solutions, including e-learning modules, microlearning content, and digital training materials.\nTraining Catalog Management: Help maintain training catalogs and knowledge repositories to ensure learning materials are organized, current, and accessible.\nTraining Coordination: Assist in coordinating training deployment activities and supporting administrative tasks for learning events.\nDigital Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging digital communication content, such as infographics, short videos, or promotional materials for learning campaigns.\nData Analytics & Digitalization Support Workflow Enhancement: Assist in enhancing existing data workflows using tools such as KNIME and Tableau (training provided if basic knowledge is present).\nData Consolidation: Help extract, clean, and consolidate workforce capability data to support management reporting.\nCompliance Monitoring: Monitor competency assessment progress and training compliance data, identifying trends or gaps for review.\nDashboard Development: Support the development of user-friendly dashboards to visualize training effectiveness and workforce readiness recent graduates (within 6 months) are encouraged to apply.\nPreferred Experience & KnowledgeAcademic Background: Academic projects or coursework related to competency modeling, workforce planning, or instructional design is a plus.\n Data Tools Familiarity: Basic familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or data automation tools (KNIME, Python, Excel Power Query).\nTech Interest: Interest in AI-enabled solutions, digital learning platforms, or semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing processes.\n Content Creation: Experience creating content using digital tools (e.g.,
