Reliability Test Execution Support

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Assist engineers in setting up reliability stress tests (e.g. HTOL,Temperature Cycle, Burn-In, HAST).

• Support sample loading and unloading of boards/devices intochambers or test systems.

• Perform basic electrical readout execution following approved testinstructions.

• Monitor test status and report abnormal conditions (alarm, trip,temperature deviation) to engineers.

• Data Collection & Documentation

• Record test data, logs, and execution status in tracking systems orspreadsheets.

• Assist in organizing raw test results, screenshots, and logs forengineering review.

• Support preparation of basic summaries (run hours, sample count,chamber usage).

• Maintain proper document control (checklists, run sheets,travelers).

• Lab Operations & Discipline (5S / Safety) - Support 5S activities: labeling, housekeeping, materialarrangement.

• Follow lab safety rules, ESD controls, and equipment handlingguidelines.

• Assist in inventory tracking of boards, samples, cables, andfixtures.

• Escalate safety, ESD, or equipment concerns immediately.

• Equipment & Logistics Support -Assist engineers with

  basic equipment checks (power on/off, visualinspection).

• Support sample logistics: tagging, packing, unpacking, and internal transfers.

• Help

  coordinate sample movement with planners or logisticscoordinators (execution

  only).

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
