Understanding on electrical, magnetic design and applications related to inductor & passive component\n4. Foster innovation in collaboration with\ninternal and component supplier on design, requirements, specifications and\nselection; and ensure design for manufacturing, quality and cost\n5. Establish design guideline / requirement for\npassive components material specification\n6. Technical leader for problem solving of\ncomplex interaction assessments and mitigation for process and material-process\ninteractions, providing technical guidance and characterization\n7. Proactively facilitates & encourages passive components development activities and ensure fulfilment of project milestone deliverables, cost and documentation release (spec, drawing, GIMM, etc)\n8. Actively engages with suppliers to explore\nnew technology, best in cost design, etc to achieve competitive advantages.,,,,\n9. Drive technical leadership & material technology roadmaps to enable advanced\nmodule solution, manufacturing excellence & reliability towards positive\nbusiness impact\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed \nMasters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering(Electrical, Electronics, Physics, Material)\n\nAt least 12 years of working experience inpassive component design, development or manufacturing\n\nPassive components development & qualification,including material and design\n\nAdvanced knowledge in material physics /properties for passive components (capacitors, resistors, inductors)\n\nAdvanced knowledge in SMT manufacturing process\nAnalytical and problem solving skills includingknowledge in SPC, data analysis, statistical risk analysis\n\nAdvanced knowledge in inductor magnetics(permeability, core loss) and understanding of inductor core materials and\ninductor manufacturing process\n\nAdded advantage in 3D modelling, 2D drawingsand FEA simulations\n\nAble to communicate fluently in English andMandarin.
