Strong stakeholder management, customer engagement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization are essential for success in this role.\nYour role\nKey responsibilities in your new role\nDrive global distribution enablement initiatives for business, supporting sustainable revenue growth through channel partners.\nCollaborate with Product Line Marketing and Application Marketing teams to develop product positioning, unique value propositions, training content, and demand-generation strategies.\nIdentify, onboard, develop, and scale high-potential distribution partners across target markets and industry verticals.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, ODMs, and key ecosystem partners.\nDevelop and execute joint business plans with distribution partners, including product focus areas, growth objectives, and go-to-market strategies.\nLead channel enablement programs to increase awareness, adoption, and market penetration of MCU products and solutions.\nCreate and deliver technical training programs, workshops, and enablement initiatives for distributors, sales teams, and customers.\nDrive lead generation, demand creation, and business development activities through distribution channels.\nIdentify and pursue opportunities for co-marketing, co-selling, and joint solution development with partners.\nGather and analyze market intelligence and partner feedback to enhance products, solutions, and training effectiveness.\nMonitor partner performance, identify business gaps, and implement improvement plans to maximize growth opportunities.\nSupport distribution customers in seamlessly integrating MCU products into their upcoming designs and applications.\nTrack, analyze, and report key business metrics and KPIs to ensure channel activities deliver targeted revenue and growth objectives.\nExpand market reach by uncovering new customer segments, applications, and target markets through strategic channel engagement.\nWork closely with regional sales, marketing, and technical teams to strengthen partner capabilities and accelerate business growth.\nYour profile\nQualifications and skills to help you succeed\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Application Marketing, Business Development, Field Applications Engineering, or related roles within the Microcontroller industry.\nStrong understanding of Microcontroller (MCU) architectures, products, and ecosystem; knowledge of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Security technologies is an added advantage.\nIn-depth knowledge ofIoT applications, including Smart Home, Home Appliances, Wearables, and Industrial Automation segments.\nProven ability to drive customer engagement, win design opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth through a customer-first approach.\nStrong business acumen with a passion for partner enablement, market development, and ecosystem growth.\nDemonstrated ownership mindset, high energy, and results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering measurable impact.\nExcellent stakeholder managemen t and international networking skills, with the flexibility to travel globally (40-50%).\nAbility to translate distribution enablement strategies and customer feedback into actionable business insights and management recommendations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in identifying market opportunities and driving business expansion.\nExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional, and matrix organizations.\nExperience working closely with distributors, channel partners, OEMs, and ODMs to drive product adoption and business growth.\nSelf-motivated professional capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, global business environment.\n#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.\nAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
